We're a Sydney-based team creating online technical training videos (Explainers + Footage style) for the construction industry, and we're looking for a video content producer to join us.

This role isn't about fancy effects or layers of animation — the real heart of it is understanding dense, complicated technical construction material, often on topics you won't be familiar with going in, and figuring out how to visualise it clearly on screen.

Our construction experts are there to support you, but you need to be the one driving that understanding — genuinely grasping the material and shaping how it's shown, not just producing footage from instructions you don't fully understand.

A bit about the role:

- Must be eligible to work in Australia
- Based at our North Sydney office

What we're hoping you bring:

- Excellent, outstanding-level ability to read and truly understand complicated technical scripts and construction documents — specs,



standards, and detailed instructions
- A proactive attitude — comfortable researching and chasing down answers on topics you don't already know, rather than guessing
- An outstanding ability to visualise complex, technical concepts and translate them into explicit, engaging video
- At least 3 years of experience producing animation or explainer-style videos
- Confident, hands-on skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Reliability — someone punctual and efficient who gets things done

Also valued:

- A background, experience, or degree in construction or civil engineering
