This opportunity is ideal for an Assistant Property Manager ready to step up into managing their own portfolio with strong support and structured systems in place.
Key responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
Managing arrears and lease renewals
Responding to and resolving escalated tenancy matters
Preparing for and attending QCAT hearings when required
Overseeing the day-to-day management of the portfolio
Collaborating closely with the wider Property Management team
Clean portfolio of 70 properties
Walk into a small portfolio giving you time to get to know your landlords and tenants
WFH 1 day a week

About you:
Minimum 3 + years in property management
Excellent Attention to detail and organizational skills
The ability to work autonomously
Strong communication and relationship management skills
