This is a outstanding opportunity for a junior construction professional looking to build a long-term career in Contracts Administration.

You’ll join a privately owned property development and construction group with experience across residential, commercial, retail, medical and industrial projects in South East Queensland. The business has a growing pipeline and offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced construction professionals.

You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. You’ll receive one-on-one training and mentoring , gaining practical exposure across the commercial and contractual side of projects while gradually taking on more responsibility.

The Role Working alongside an experienced senior team member, you’ll gain exposure to:

- Construction contract administration
- Procurement and subcontractor engagement
- Preparing subcontractor packages and scopes of work
- Obtaining and comparing quotations
- Purchase orders and subcontract agreements
- Progress claims and variations
- Cost tracking and project reporting
- Maintaining project and contract documentation
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and project teams
- Attending site and project meetings




- Supporting the commercial management of projects

About You

This role could suit a:

- Recent Construction Management or Quantity Surveying graduate
- Construction Cadet
- Junior Contracts Administrator
- Project Administrator with construction experience
- Construction professional looking to move into Contracts Administration

More importantly, you’ll be someone who is keen to learn, organised, detail-focused and genuinely interested in building a career in construction .

You’ll be comfortable working with numbers and documentation, confident communicating with different stakeholders and willing to get involved across different areas of a project.
