Job Description
National Home Nurse is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver hospital-level care in patients' homes across Geelong.
You will manage your own caseload, build robust patient relationships and exercise autonomy in clinical decision-making.
You will perform wound care, IV infusions and venepuncture, coordinating with hospitals and families to support secure early discharge and continuous care at home.
