About the role

- Provide comprehensive eye exams to aged‑care residents
- Manage ocular conditions with nursing and GP teams
- Support residents with refractions, glasses care and low vision
- Build robust, respectful relationships in a community‑focused setting

New graduates are welcome and supported through our 12‑month graduate program.

What you’ll need

- AHPRA‑registered optometrist
- Strong clinical skills and a patient‑centred approach
- Friendly, compassionate communication style
