- Monthly analysis, reconciliation and reporting of headcount and personnel costs
- Monthly forecasting of headcount and personnel costs
- Annual compilation of payroll related Fringe Benefit Tax data
- Annual reconciliations for payroll related matters - PAYG tax, payroll tax, annual worker's compensation
- Stay updated on industry trends, legislation and best practises in payroll
- Supporting the annual salary and bonus review process
- Payroll and Expense reporting optimisation and documentation of processes
