Property Manager OR Junior Property Manager

A growing agency in Sydney's Eastern Beaches is seeking a Junior Property Manager to manage a portfolio of around 60 properties within an actively growing rent roll.

This role is structured to let you focus on what property management should be about: building solid relationships with landlords and tenants, without the admin heavy tasks that usually spread PMs thin, and with genuine day to day support from a hands on Head of Property Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of approximately 60 properties
- Act as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs




- Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy notices
- Handle day to day tenancy issues and communications
- Maintain accurate portfolio records within the CRM

About You

- Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence (NSW)
- Some experience in property management, at assistant or junior level, or a strong administrative background looking to step into the industry
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, customer focused approach
- Own reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
