As Store Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the business. You’ll lead from the front, inspire your team, build lasting customer relationships, and drive the store towards continued growth and success.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team of automotive technicians and front-of-house staff.
- Driving sales, service and profitability targets while managing budgets, inventory and key performance indicators.
- Creating a customer-first culture that delivers an outstanding experience every time.
- Ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, quality and operational efficiency .
- Building strong, long-term customer relationships and representing the JAX Tyres & Auto brand with pride .
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and performance to maximise growth and profitability .

What Will You Bring?

We’re looking for someone who is confident, commercially minded and passionate about the automotive industry.

You’ll ideally have:

- 2 years’ experience as a Store Manager in automotive/tyre retail leadership position.
- Robust mechanical and automotive knowledge .
- Qualified Mechanic
- AIS Ticket
- A proven ability to lead, motivate, coach and develop teams .
- A genuine passion for sales, customer service and achieving results .
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills.
- Confidence managing store operations, inventory, budgets and performance metrics .
- Availability to work Saturdays .
