Benefits

Salary range $75,000 - $85,000 per Annum + Superannuation.

Task & Responsibilities

- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Manage staff, rosters and day-to-day team performance.
- Maintain food safety, health and workplace safety standards.
- Manage purchasing, stock control and inventory.




- Ensure high standards of customer service and dining experience.
- Monitor sales, financial performance and operational reporting.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.

Qualification & experience

- Have Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a related field along with one year of relevant experience.
- Or a minimum of four years of relevant experience may serve as an alternative to formal qualifications.
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
