Under the supervision of the Director and the Senior Project Manager, the Contract Administrator will be liaising with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors to effectively assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

With exceptional performance and demonstration of commitment to the company, the successful applicant will have the opportunity for promotion into the role of Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to)

Reviewing contract drawings vs construction drawings

Processing RFI's, EOT's and contract modifications

Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers, including defining scope and conditions

Preparation and administration of trade contracts and purchase orders

Administration of progress claims from subcontractors and to client

Tracking progress of works

Implementation of QES procedures and standards

Upkeep of contracts records and filing systems





Completed second year or above of a Building and Construction Management degree; or Completed Cert IV or Diploma in Project Management

Ability to read construction drawings and specifications

Industry knowledge transferrable to negotiating with trades and subcontractors

Understanding of claim procedure and assessments

Time management and organisational skills

Construction Induction White Card

Driver's License and own transport

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite – Outlook and Excel required

Willingness to learn

Skilled communication skills, team player

Advantageous

AutoCAD or Revit experience

Experience in contracts administration
