Job Description
The Tasmanian Department of Health is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager for the Youth Hospital in The Home (Y-HiTH) program based in Devonport.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team delivering home-based mental health care to youths aged * and drive service outcomes with solid clinical governance.
You will oversee coordination of patient care, resource management and staff development within a agile, mobile outreach model, with opportunities for career development and skilled advancement.
