Job Description
The Reject Shop Ltd. in Victoria seeks an on-floor store leader to run your own store with a team of 10 to 15, hands-on and on the floor.
You will manage stock, service and standards with no back-office desk.
You'll be on the floor, lead by example, and drive daily operations while building a cohesive team in a quick-paced discount retail setting.
