Job Description
HammondCare Erina is seeking an experienced Part time Registered Nurse to join our team for Day shifts.
This role focuses on person-centred, relationship-based care that places residents' needs first, within a consultative framework and aligned with RN registration requirements.
As part of a residential team, you will support care delivery, educate colleagues, and contribute to case management and clinical decision making.
A solid passion for elder care and teamwork is essential.
