Job Description
Catholic Healthcare Limited in Croydon, NSW, is seeking a dedicated member of our catering team for a permanent part time role (Sun-Thu) at our aged care facility. You will prepare fresh meals aligned with residents' dietary needs and supervise a team of catering assistants to ensure high service standards.

You'll manage kitchen resources within approved budgets, uphold HACCP and food safety practices, and maintain a hygienic kitchen that meets Aged Care quality standards.
