As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our brand awareness and market presence.

Key responsibilities

- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's services in the labor hire industry.
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and target markets within the meat processing, salad factories, seafood facilities, and warehouse sectors.
- Managing advertising campaigns both online and offline to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Producing engaging and compelling content for various platforms, including services descriptions and promotional materials.
- Managing multiple marketing budgets and provide regular management reports required by superiors.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners,



and clients to drive business growth and expansion.

About you

- A bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing specialist.
- Solid understanding of marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, telemarketing, and content management systems.
- Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated creativity in developing engaging content and innovative marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in English is required.
