Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is a broad role offering a outstanding mix of financial accounting, management accounting and commercial exposure. You’ll be involved across month-end, statutory reporting, budgeting and forecasting, compliance and process improvement.

This would be a great next step for a first mover from public practice or a CA / CPA qualified accountant with around 2 – 4 years’ commercial experience who is looking for a role where they can continue to develop and broaden their experience.

The Role

- Month-end reporting, journals, reconciliations and variance analysis;
- Preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, including ownership of the model;
- Statutory financial statements and support with external audit;
- BAS and compliance reporting;
- AASB16 schedules and reporting;
- General ledger integrity and reconciliations;
- Exposure to commercial and sales activities; and
- Identifying and implementing system and process improvements.
