Titanium Recruitment is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a ~150-property portfolio in the Inner Suburbs. The role offers $80,000-$85,000 plus super, with flexibility for the right candidate, and a Monday–Friday schedule with an occasional Saturday in a four-week cycle.
You’ll manage relationships with landlords and tenants, coordinate maintenance and tenancy matters, and work with a supportive team using contemporary systems to deliver top service.
