Employee or Contractor Senior Occupational Therapist

At Crest Allied Health , we're a close-knit, multidisciplinary team based in Baulkham Hills, working across the Hills District, Ryde, and Inner West Sydney. We're growing and we're looking for a Senior Paediatric OT who wants to be part of a team that genuinely values its people, not just its numbers.

What you'll be doing:

A mix of clinic-based and mobile sessions with paediatric clients, giving you variety and flexibility in how you work. We also offer school-based roles!

Providing clinical supervision and mentorship to our OTs, helping shape the next generation of great therapists

Building on Crest's strong relationships with local schools, allied health providers, and community stakeholders

Delivering high-quality, family-centred paediatric OT services across a varied caseload

What we're looking for:

Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist

Significant post-graduate experience in paediatrics, ideally with some supervisory or mentoring background

A genuine passion for supporting children, families, and growing the clinicians around you
