Job Description
Line Chefs Variety of Sites and Rosters Available. Example:
Work a 9 days on 5 days off roster, earning a salary of $104,000pa plus Super OR Work a 14 days on 7 days off roster, earning a Salary of $85,000pa plus Super Enjoy free on-site Gym access & recreational facilities.
FIFO from Townsville or Brisbane Available. The Position Work collaboratively with a team of Chefs, Kitchen Utilities and Dining
Room employees Buffet style bulk cooking for Breakfast and Crib Lunch, or Dinner and Desserts Ensure OH&S; compliance, adhering to protected work practices and food handling procedures
Ensure all catering controls are in place, and wastage is kept to the minimum Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness in accordance with Compass standards Assist Head Chefs in managing team performance and employee development
