As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred clinical care while supporting residents, families and the wider care team.

Your responsibilities will include

- Leading and supporting Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants
- Completing clinical assessments and individualised care planning
- Medication management and wound care
- Monitoring and responding to changes in residents' clinical needs




- Maintaining compliance with Aged Care quality Standards and infection control requirements
- Working closely with families and allied health professionals
- Contributing to continuous improvement and quality initiatives

About You To be successful, you will have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Full working rights
- Completed Bachelor of Nursing
- Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine commitment to providing compassionate, person-centred aged care
