As a Care Designer at Nurse Next Door Greater Bendigo, you hold a key role centred around leadership, business development, and client experience. You are responsible for the day to day operations related to driving business results through client experience and caregiver management.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct Caring Consults, assess clients with respect to physical, emotional and environmental needs and advise on client care; achieve conversion goal of 90%
- Drive business interest by engaging in relationships with community leaders and professional organisations to establish long term relationships that will translate into word of mouth and professional referrals
- Develop, promote and ensure high quality, innovative customer service
- Attend all First Visits with Caregivers to ensure client needs and care plans are executed as per the Service Agreement; set and role model expectations
- Conduct supervisory visits to ensure Caregiver fit and quality of care; deliver a premium client experience impacting Net Promoter Scores of 9 or higher
- Develop appropriate and individualised care plans and update as required
- Educate clients on self-care and evaluate client response to care provided
- Monitor risk issues and analyse trends,

- Drive results through leading your caregiving team by setting transparent goals, assigning tasks, coaching in the moment and providing continuing education
- Maintain excellent documentation practices, specifically complete and accurate care plans, employee files, client files, including pay and billing information

About you

- AHRA registration
- Nursing background is required
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- National Police Check (Aged care specific)
- Working with Childrens Check
- Disability Workers Exclusion Team Check (to be completed by Nurse Next Door)
- Car and valid driver's license
- Completion of Care Designer eLearning
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
