Murrumbidgee Local Health District is seeking a Case Manager (Social Worker / Occupational Therapist or Psychologist) for the OOHC Health Pathways Program in Wagga Wagga.
This contract full time role supports children and young people entering statutory OOHC, with health assessments and care planning.
The role requires relevant Australian qualifications, NSW WWCC, current working rights, and eligibility for registration.
Hybrid work options and a supportive health system workplace are offered.
