We are looking for an ambitious, switched-on and highly organised Sales / Executive Assistant to join our growing team in Double Bay.

Working closely with one of the Directors, this is a unique opportunity to become an integral part of the business and gain exposure to all facets of a high-end real estate operation.

No two days will be the same. You will play a key role in supporting the Director across sales administration, client communication, reporting, documentation, marketing, database management and day-to-day business operations .

You will be at the forefront of the action, working closely with clients and stakeholders and gaining valuable insight into the strategy, relationships and commercial decisions that drive a successful real estate business.

About You

You will ideally have 2+ years’ experience in real estate or property , with:

- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills

- Strong written and verbal communication

- A high level of attention to detail

- Professional presentation and confidence when dealing with clients

- Initiative and the ability to work independently

- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills

- A positive, proactive and adaptable attitude

- A genuine passion for real estate and a desire to build a career within the industry
