We are currently seeking experienced and reliable HC / MC Drivers to join our casual driver pool based in Minchinbury, NSW.

This role is ideal for drivers looking for full-time role plus overtime when needed.

Daily responsibilities include:

- Local and linehaul pre-loads
- Infrequent regional runs

Safety is our number 1 priority at Minus 1, the successful candidate will be vigilant about complying with site rules and loading requirements.

Minus 1 operates a genuine 1 truck, 1 driver policy, so you can be sure to have pride in your vehicle.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A current HC or MC Driver's Licence
- Minimum 2 years' experience operating HC or MC vehicles
- Experience transporting refrigerated, chilled, and frozen freight (preferred)
- Experience with metropolitan and multi-drop deliveries




- Ability to safely operate a pallet jack
- A solid commitment to safety, compliance, and customer service
- Reliable, flexible, and available to work on short notice when required
