We are growing, and we are looking for an experienced DVA Advocate to join our team.

About the role

This is a national position supporting veterans through DVA claims and CSC matters. You will work directly with clients, many of whom carry service-related injury, trauma, or mental health conditions, requiring a trauma-informed,



plain-English approach. The role is 36 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday, and you can work from home or from the Townsville or Perth offices.

- Support veterans through DVA claims and CSC matters
- Work directly with clients using a trauma-informed, plain-English approach

- Demonstrated experience with DVA claims
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine commitment to supporting the veteran community
- Ability to work independently in a national team
