About you

- A qualification in IT/Computer Science , relevant IT education/training, or equivalent experience
- Robust customer service and communication skills
- Experience providing technology/IT support in a client-focused environment
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, PC and Apple technologies
- Experience with Audio Visual, video conferencing, print/imaging and mobile technologies
- A flexible, proactive approach and the ability to work in a changing service environment
