The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available to join a well-established and highly regarded strata management business based in Sydney's North-West.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Strata Assistant to join their supportive and experienced team. Working alongside a team of 14 Strata Managers and 6 Assistant Strata Managers, you will provide day-to-day administrative support while gaining valuable exposure across all aspects of strata management.
Previous strata or real estate experience would be highly regarded; however, this client is also open to entry-level candidates who demonstrate a solid work ethic, excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to build a career within the industry.
Culture and team fit are incredibly important to this business - they are looking for someone who wants to become a valued, long-term member of the team.
The Role
- Provide administrative support to experienced Strata Managers
- Assist with meeting preparation, documentation and scheduling
- Liaise with owners, contractors and other community members
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and compliance requirements
- Assist with general strata administration and correspondence
- Build strong relationships through professional and effective communication
- Gain hands-on exposure to the day-to-day operations of strata management
- Work closely with an experienced and supportive wider team
The Candidate
- Previous strata, property or administration experience is advantageous but not essential
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident building relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Team-focused and willing to learn
- Looking to establish a long-term career within the strata industry
