CLEANING SUPERVISOR – MINE SITE

We’re looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and take the lead across a busy mine-site cleaning operation.

This isn’t a role where you sit back and watch — we want someone who is hands‑on, organized, safety-focused and genuinely enjoys working with people.

What you’ll be doing

- Leading and supporting a team of cleaning professionals
- Ensuring cleaning standards are consistently high
- Managing daily site operations and allocating work
- Supporting staff with training, performance and day‑to‑day issues
- Working closely with the client and site management
- Completing site inspections and reporting
- Managing administration, rosters and attendance
- Using Excel for reporting and tracking
- Ensuring all site safety requirements are followed
- Being the person the team and client can rely on!

What we’re looking for

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in cleaning or a related industry




- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Mine-site experience is highly regarded
- A strong safety-first mindset
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A genuine team player who leads by example
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Positive Excel and computer skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and stay calm under pressure
- High attention to detail and pride in your work
- A positive attitude and willingness to get involved
