Andaz Gold Coast Pool Club is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Team Leader to drive service on shift, lead colleagues, and keep the poolside experience vibrant and guest-focused.

You will oversee daily floor operations, coach the team, maintain product knowledge across menus and beverages, and partner with culinary, bar and hotel teams to deliver seamless service while upholding safety and presentation standards.
