Key Responsibilities
Engage and greet customers in the showroom environment
Demonstrate




in-depth product knowledge
and guide customers through selections
Drive sales and consistently achieve
weekly targets
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
Assist with showroom presentation, merchandising, and stock movement
Assemble products when required and maintain showroom standards
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum
2 years retail sales experience
(furniture or high-value items preferred)
Proven ability to
meet and exceed sales targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a proactive approach
Computer literate (Microsoft Office proficiency required)
Basic leadership/management capability highly regarded
Work Requirements
Availability during retail trading hours, including:
Weekends
Thursday late-night trading
Public holidays
Significant Notes
This role is
sales-focused
customer service experience alone is not sufficient
Students and temporary visa holders are not suitable for this position
