About the Role

Lynk Global is recruiting on behalf of an established civil contractor seeking an experienced Dozer Operators to join their site team in Gold Coast & Beaudesert .

This is a full time role working across residential subdivision and civil construction projects , operating dozers safely and efficiently as part of an experienced site team.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating dozers across civil construction and subdivision projects
- Bulk earthworks, cut and fill, spreading and site preparation
- Trimming and shaping batters, pads and site levels
- Working to site plans, levels and specifications
- Working safely around other plant, personnel and infrastructure
- Completing daily pre-starts and basic machine checks




- Working closely with supervisors and other plant operators
- Maintaining a robust focus on safety, productivity and quality

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience operating dozers in civil construction
- Strong experience in bulk earthworks and site preparation
- Confident working to levels and site requirements
- Relevant plant/operator tickets
- Construction White Card
- Valid driver's licence
- Good understanding of site safety requirements
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team
- Takes pride in their equipment and quality of work

Experience working on residential subdivisions, civil infrastructure, roadworks, bulk earthworks or similar projects will be highly regarded.
