Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Supervising day to day operations of the venue, and being responsible for venue operations of front of house
- Supporting the team to ensure a positive relationship between front of house and back of house employees
- Providing employees guidance on company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and a positive workplace culture
- Being present on the floor to support the team and oversee the smooth operation of the front of house
