It operates a substantial fleet of plant and trucks and delivers high-quality, cost-effective works for residential, commercial and industrial clients.

Position

You will supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations on civil construction projects across Sydney. Responsibilities include leading crews and subcontractors, managing plant and materials, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification, interpreting drawings, conducting pre-starts and toolbox talks, monitoring progress, and liaising with project managers, clients and other stakeholders.

You





- Proven experience as a Civil Foreman / Site Foreman in civil construction
- Robust practical knowledge of earthworks, excavation, shoring, drainage or related civil packages
- Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications
- Safety-focused with solid WHS knowledge and a hands-on leadership style
- Reliable, organised and comfortable managing crews, plant and subcontractors on busy sites
