About the Residential Property Sales/Sales Associate role:

Listing and selling existing/resell properties and arranging & overseeing inspections

Seeking out and introducing buyers

Negotiating the sale and liaising with legal representatives

The ideal candidate will possess the following:





New graduates without sales experience may be considered for associate role if they possess the required licence and demonstrate strong potential.

Track record of listings and sales, minimum 1-2 years real estate experience required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and advanced presentation skills

English proficiency, bilingual chinese language skills a plus

Full drive licence with own car

Able to work autonomously and result drvien

Full right to work and live in Australia
