Tasks & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the General Manager, you will create exceptional vehicle purchasing experiences while building strong customer relationships and delivering outstanding sales outcomes. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery and beyond.

Deliver exceptional customer service throughout all stages of the sales process.

Understand customer needs, objectives, buying criteria, and decision-making processes to provide tailored vehicle solutions.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of vehicle features, products, and services.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to support sales growth.

Achieve sales targets while maximising profitability and customer satisfaction.

Utilise online sales, and marketing tools to enhance customer engagement and support business objectives.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful sales outcomes.
