An exciting chance has arisen for a Maintenance Electrician to join the Innovate Energy team in Nowra, NSW. As a Maintenance Electrician, you will play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly by providing reliable and efficient electrical maintenance services. This is a full-time position, offering the chance to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.

What you'll be doing

- Performing scheduled and reactive electrical maintenance on a range of residential and commercial sites
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical faults and malfunctions
- Ensuring all work is compliant with relevant electrical standards and safety regulations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities

What we're looking for

- Qualified electrician with a current Australian Electrical License
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an residential electrical maintenance role
- Proficient in the use of electrical testing equipment and tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills




- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in fault finding solar & battery systems a bonus
- NSW Electrical Supervisor Licenced
