About the Role:

We're looking for a reliable and hands-on Temporary Fencing Team Leader to become a key part of our St Marys team.

Key responsibilities

Responsible for daily load ups of fencing stock for all crews and contractors. Must ensure all stock and materials are loaded, secured, and strapped correctly on the truck prior to leaving site or depot.

Assemble, install, and dismantle temporary fencing panels, blocks, clamps, shadecloth, and other accessories in office.

Drive company vehicles safely, complying with road regulations and company policies.





Follow load-up schedules and work orders provided by the Allocations Manager.

Identify and report hazards, incidents, or safety concerns immediately to Allocations Manager.

About you

Current driver's license (minimum), HR/MR Truck Licence required.

Current forklift licence (required).

Physical fitness: Able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods; comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Safety awareness: Strong knowledge of safe work procedures, traffic regulations, and company safety policies.

Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to meet deadlines while performing tasks.

Attention to detail: Careful in loading and securing stock, checking installation quality, and documenting work completion.
