New Line Fencing & Maintenance is seeking a skilled and reliable carpenter to join our team. You will carry out general carpentry work on residential and commercial projects, including construction, renovation, and restoration of residential and heritage properties.
Key responsibilities
Read and interpret construction drawings, plans and project specifications
Carry out general carpentry work on residential and commercial projects
Install structures, fixtures, and fittings according to specifications
Construct and install decking, fencing, pergolas, timber structures and retaining walls
Undertake renovation, restoration and heritage carpentry works
Safely operate hand and power tools and construction equipment
Liaise with clients, supervisors and other trades to coordinate works
Identify and resolve in office construction issues




Complete projects efficiently, within agreed timeframes and budgets
Maintain high-quality workmanship and comply with workplace health and safety requirements
About you
Minimum 3 years of relevant carpentry experience
Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
Solid attention to detail and workmanship
White Card (mandatory)
Valid driver's licence (preferred)
