About the role:

Reporting directly to the managing director, you'll manage an established portfolio of customers while identifying opportunities to expand relationships and win new business.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with customers, engineering, production and operations to deliver awesome service and develop long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage and grow an established portfolio of customer accounts




- Develop new business opportunities across existing and new markets
- Prepare quotations and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Understand customer requirements and collaborate with engineering and production teams
- Act as the customer's advocate internally
- Visit customers across Sydney.

About you:

- Two to five years' experience in account management, technical sales or business development
- A technical background in engineering, electronics, electrical, manufacturing or related
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Solid organisational and time management abilities
- A proactive, customer-first mindset
- A current Australian driver's licence and the ability to travel to customer sites
