The Role

As a Landscape Foreman, you’ll take ownership of your projects on site and lead a small crew to deliver high-quality landscape construction.

You’ll work across projects involving:

Paving and natural stone

Concrete and exposed aggregate

Retaining walls and masonry

Timber decking and screening

Structural landscape construction

Irrigation and drainage

Garden preparation and planting

You’ll work closely with our project management team while being trusted to manage the day-to-day running of your site.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

Has strong experience in landscape construction

Can confidently lead and organise a small crew

Takes pride in producing high-quality work

Can read landscape plans and work from drawings

Communicates well with clients, trades and the wider team

Understands sequencing and planning works efficiently

Is reliable and takes ownership of their projects

Has a positive attitude and wants to continue developing
