Preferred Requirements

- Proven restaurant management experience in casual dining or similar hospitality settings
- Robust track record managing front-of-house teams, service standards, and guest experience
- Good food and beverage knowledge, this role also encompasses bar and beverage skillset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Rostering, ordering and understanding of menu development and costings ideal.

Preferred Qualifications

- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification a MUST
