Storeperson / Counterbalance Forklift Operator
to join our busy Port Botany team on a
full time permanent basis
.

Operating a
counterbalance forklift
n
n
Loading & unloading containers and trucks
n
n
Manually unpacking containers – essential
n
n
Receiving, checking and organising incoming stock
n
n
Picking, packing & preparing orders
n
n
Stocktakes and inventory checks
n
n
Manual handling of goods
up to 25kg
n
n
Keeping the warehouse safe, clean and organised
n
n




Working as part of a fast-paced team
n
n
n
nWhat we're looking for: n
n
n
n
3+ years' warehouse experience
n
n
LF Forklift Licence – ESSENTIAL
n
n
Counterbalance forklift experience
n
n
Experience manually unpacking containers – ESSENTIAL
n
n
6+ months container unpacking experience
highly preferred
n
n
FAK experience
highly desirable
n
n
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
n
n
Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
n
n
Positive attention to detail and basic numeracy
n
n
Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
n
n
Willingness to learn and take on new roles
n
n
n
n
This role is subject to a Criminal History Check and Pre-Employment Medical.
