Job Description
Bindaree Food Group's Monbeef facility in Cooma, NSW seeks a Senior Processing Supervisor for Rendering & By-Products. Lead daily rendering operations across tallow, blood, paunch and hides, ensuring secure, compliant production from the kill floor to processing.

You'll monitor yields, maintain food safety and environmental standards, train a small team, and collaborate with maintenance to minimise downtime while driving continuous improvement. Based in Cooma.
