Zurich Cover-More Brisbane is seeking a Travel Assistance Case Manager to be the first point of contact for travellers during emergencies, providing calm, explicit, and compassionate support.

You will locate the nearest medical or security resources, facilitate payments, and guide travellers through the services we offer. Spanish, French or Italian language skills are a plus, and a rotating 7AM–9PM roster is required. The role offers a hybrid work pattern with 3 days in office and 2 days at home.
