Exercise Physiologist | FT or Contract | South West Sydney

Enriching Health is an Exercise Physiology clinic inside the BCHP gym in Panania, south-west Sydney. We work mainly across private MSK, chronic condition management from GP referrals, postpartum strength, and our ONERO bone-health program (we're the only licensed provider in our area), with the occasional WorkCover and NDIS participant (currently about 15% of the caseload). Our whole approach is built on degree-qualified coaching and genuine care: we help people move well, regain their independence and get back to the life they want. We're a movement-based team in every sense, we train weekly together as a crew, and the culture is friendly rather than corporate. You'd be working shoulder to shoulder with our physiotherapist, our Head of EP and the BCHP coaching team, and our clients tend to stay with us for years.

About the role

We're on the lookout for an Exercise Physiologist to join our growing, close-knit team. Full time, part-time or contracting, whichever suits your circumstances. You'd walk into a full, varied caseload from day one rather than an empty calendar, around 25 to 30 face-to-face hours a week, with caseloads rotated every six months so the work stays fresh and you keep developing. Your job is what you trained for: assessing clients properly, building individualised exercise programs, and guiding people through rehab and chronic condition management with care.

What you'd actually be doing

- Running comprehensive initial assessments of fitness, function and rehab needs
- Designing and delivering personalised exercise programs across MSK, chronic conditions and our ONERO bone-health classes
- Supporting our postpartum strength program alongside the wider team




- Tracking client progress and adjusting programs as they improve
- Teaching as you go: technique, injury prevention and the lifestyle habits that make results stick
- Working closely with our physiotherapist and the wider EP team so care is genuinely joined up
- Keeping clear, accurate clinical notes and communicating openly with clients and their families
- Growing your craft through our CPD rhythm and staying current with the evidence

What we're looking for

- ESSA accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist (AEP), essential
- Current First Aid and CPR, essential
- Working With Children Check and National Police Clearance, as required
- A warm, client-centred manner and the communication skills to genuinely motivate people
- Confidence working independently while being a real part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience across diverse clients and chronic conditions is valued, and new grads are welcome, we'll put you through ONERO training if you're not certified yet

- $70,000 to $90,000 plus super, depending on experience, or contracting from $50+ per hour
