Supporting Independent Living Co-Operative Ltd. seeks an experienced House Manager to lead a SIL home supporting two young men with autism. The role blends admin leadership (24 hours/week) with direct floor support (14 hours/week) in a energetic, structured setting.

You will champion active support, autonomy, and informed choice, coordinating with families and professionals to align with NDIs goals and individual plans in a family-governed model.
