What Your Day Will Look Like:

- Lead and support the workshop team in completing fitting, maintenance and repair activities.
- Allocate and coordinate labour , materials and daily job priorities to minimise delays and costs.
- Supervise planned, unplanned and emerging maintenance work.
- Perform hands‑on mechanical fitting duties, including equipment inspections, fault‑finding, repairs and overhauls.
- Support repairs to pumps, mixers, bearings, mechanical seals and other rotating equipment.
- Ensure accurate job scoping, estimates, timeframes and maintenance documentation are completed.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all work is completed in line with Company health, safety and environmental procedures.
- Assist with team rostering, workflow planning and development of workshop personnel.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- Experience in a mechanical fitting , maintenance or workshop environment within manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Demonstrated experience leading or supervising a team in a workshop or maintenance setting.
- Strong technical knowledg e of pumps, mechanical seals and other rotating equipment.
- Experience with equipment overhauls , bearing replacements, shaft alignment and fault‑finding.
- Sound understanding of maintenance planning , job scheduling, labor allocation and materials management.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills , with the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
- Intermediate computer skills , including Microsoft Office and CMMS systems.
- A demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and environmental standards.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and customers.
- Willingness to travel to work on customer sites as required.
