Your Role at Green Exteriors

- Run and supervise residential landscape construction sites,



keeping jobs on time and on budget
- Lead, mentor and train apprentices, helping them grow alongside you
- Plan and schedule landscaping tasks and order materials
- Communicate effectively with your on-site team, suppliers and clients
- Execute all landscaping tasks to an exceptionally high standard
- Maintain a safe, efficient worksite while delivering exceptional craftsmanship

What We're Looking For

- Experience: Completed Certificate III in Landscape Construction, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Leadership: Experience running or supervising sites and leading a crew, and a genuine passion for mentoring
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of hard and soft construction techniques and experience on high-end projects
- Skills: Able to read and execute detailed landscape master plans
- Must-have: A current Australian driver's licence
