You'll be comfortable picking up the phone, making cold calls, introducing yourself to new prospects and creating opportunities where none existed before.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Partnership Manager, you'll help grow one of Queensland's most exciting advertising businesses.

Working as part of our Queensland sales team, you'll focus on identifying opportunities,



building relationships and helping clients grow through impactful outdoor advertising campaigns.

You'll be supported by an experienced team who handle much of the administration, allowing you to focus on what you do best: selling.

You'll also have access to more than 2,000 classic and digital billboard opportunities across Queensland.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Proactively hunt for new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.

Generate new opportunities through prospecting, networking and cold calling.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships across a range of industries.

Pitch creative outdoor advertising solutions that help businesses grow.

Work with the broader Queensland sales team to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.

Travel regularly to meet clients and prospects across key Queensland markets, including Brisbane.

Represent the POA brand with professionalism, energy and passion.

Adapt quickly to new challenges and opportunities with a solutions-focused mindset.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Confidence presenting ideas face-to-face, over the phone and via video meetings.

A willingness to pick up the phone, make cold calls and proactively create opportunities.

A proactive, self-motivated attitude.

A willingness to travel regularly.

A valid driver's licence.
