Requirements

- 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role

- Certificate of Registration

- Current NSW Driver’s License and access to a suitable vehicle

- Experience working in a sales and target-driven environment

- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities

- Manage buyer relationships and conduct open homes/private inspections (including Saturdays).

- Attend property-related appointments (photoshoots, staging, valuations, etc.).

- Prospecting and lead generation (including letterbox drops and door knocking).

- Maintain and grow database.

- Coordinate client meetings and bookings.

- Support marketing and compliance administration for property sales.
